When I chose the words, "Quality, Value, Service" to appear under the cuppacoffee profile, I did so to constantly remind myself that this is what I want to achieve, in every facet of what cuppacoffee has to offer and in every interaction.

I'm very pleased to announce that cuppacoffee has been appointed by Coffee Roasters Australia as the NSW Agent for Has Garanti Roasters!

Our range includes 1 and 2kg tabletop and 2,5,10,15 and 30kg shop roasters fired by electricity, propane or natural gas (dependent on capacity) as well as destoners and DIP bag grinders.

Training for your Has Garanti will also be provided, and I look forward to being of service.

A couple of months ago a cafe owner contacted me as he was interested in roasting coffee for the two cafes he owns and wanted to stick with the organic fairtrade raw product that his current Roaster was using.

After some discussion we were able to connect him with a supplier of the same raw beans and two weeks ago, using the rent-try-buy option, he took delivery of a 2kg Solar Autoroast.

He contacted me today to say,

"It is all installed and running beautifully. I have been roasting for my 2nd week now and I am having very positive feedback. I'm saving over $20.00 per kg for my roasted beans and wet sales have gone up by 12%! Our customers are loving it and so am I. Thanks for all your help - I'll keep in touch."

With the savings on roasted coffee and the extra sales, his roaster is already paying for itself and he's putting more money in his pocket every week!
